Corporate Communications included leadership profiling, speaker opportunities, staff profiling, media tours through restaurants, roundtable discussions, reputational campaigns such as “Know Our Food”, crisis communications

Brand Communications included creative PR executions for MCD’s 20th Birthday, CSI initiatives such as the Stripey Socks campaign, Launch of “Happy”,  Ronald McDonald media visits, creative media drops to highlight key offerings, National Breakfast day, and others

Internal Communications JNPR developed content for internal iStories that included staff profiling , 20th birthday celebrations, National Breakfast Day restaurant communications, Open Door Tours for franchise owners, staff launch for Know Our Food as well as content development for ConnectMe (an internal McD’s communications platform)  

Beyond traditional media relations, JNPR extended coverage through influencer relations, social media content generation and creating talkability to enhance organic coverage generation
